公司擁有先進的生產技術和科學的管理手段，并建立了嚴格的質量檢驗體系，從原材料進廠到整機出廠，各道工序均有專業(yè)技術人員把關。它與中碎圓錐碎石機的構造基本相同，其區(qū)別僅在于動錐與不動錐的外形不同。短頭圓錐碎石機的動錐與不動錐都比較短，而且兩錐之間的平行帶比較長，給礦口與排礦口比較小，所以可以得到較細的產品（510毫米）。立軸沖擊式碎石機工作原理物料由進料斗進入碎石機，經(jīng)將物料分成兩部分，一部分由分料器中間進入高速旋轉的葉輪中，在葉輪內被迅速加速，其加速度可達數(shù)百倍重力加速度，然后以秒的速度從葉輪三個均布的流道內拋射出去，首先同由分料器四周自收落下的一部分物料沖擊破碎，然后一起沖擊到渦支腔內物料襯層上，被物料襯層反彈，斜向上沖擊到渦動腔的頂部，又改變其運動方向，偏轉向下運動，從葉輪流道發(fā)射出來的物料形成連續(xù)的物料幕。
被破碎的物料由下部排料口排出。
