歡迎訪問云南盛諾機(jī)械帶領(lǐng)著公司生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)的劉總，辦公室梁主任，銷售部王經(jīng)理和該院系的楊振中等主要實(shí)踐一行出席了“黎明機(jī)械獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金交接儀式”。該系列鄂式碎石機(jī)破碎方式為曲動(dòng)擠壓型，電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶和皮帶輪，通過偏心軸使動(dòng)鄂上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，當(dāng)動(dòng)鄂上升時(shí)肘板和動(dòng)鄂間夾角變大，從而推動(dòng)動(dòng)鄂板向定鄂板接近，與此同時(shí)物料被擠壓搓碾等多重破碎；當(dāng)動(dòng)鄂下行時(shí)，肘板和動(dòng)鄂間夾角變小，動(dòng)鄂板在拉桿彈簧的作用下離開定鄂板，此時(shí)已破碎物料從破碎腔下口排出，隨著電動(dòng)機(jī)連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)碎石機(jī)動(dòng)鄂作周期性的壓碎和排料，實(shí)現(xiàn)批量生產(chǎn)。顎式碎石機(jī)鄂式碎石機(jī)的啟動(dòng)經(jīng)檢查，證明機(jī)器與傳動(dòng)部分請(qǐng)客正常，方可啟動(dòng)；本機(jī)僅允許在無負(fù)荷情況下啟動(dòng)；啟動(dòng)后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時(shí)應(yīng)立即停止開動(dòng)，必須查明和消除不正常的情況后，方可再啟動(dòng)碎石機(jī)顎式碎石機(jī)鄂式碎石機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)破碎腔深而且無死區(qū)，提高了進(jìn)料能力與產(chǎn)量；其破碎比大，產(chǎn)品粒度均勻；墊片式排料口調(diào)整裝置，可靠方便，調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，增加了設(shè)備的靈活性；潤滑系統(tǒng)安全可靠，部件更換方便，保養(yǎng)工作量小；結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，工作可靠，運(yùn)營費(fèi)用低。用途鑄鋼精密鑄造等行業(yè)。
