國內(nèi)外貿(mào)經(jīng)濟面臨著嚴峻的型式。中國海關(guān)總署10日該系列顎式碎石機破碎方式為曲動擠壓型，電動機驅(qū)動皮帶和皮帶輪，通過偏心軸使動顎上下運動，當動顎上升時肘板和動顎間夾角變大，從而推動動顎板向定顎板接近，與此同時物料被擠壓搓碾等多重破碎；當動顎下行時，肘板和動顎間夾角變小，動顎板在拉桿彈簧的作用下離開定顎板，此時已破碎物料從破碎腔下口排出，隨著電動機連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動碎石機動顎作周期性的壓碎和排料，實現(xiàn)批量生產(chǎn)。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單維修使用方便；性能穩(wěn)定，運營成本低；破碎比大。
用做排水固結(jié)地基時，含泥量不宜超過。碎石或卵石最大粒徑不得墊層或虛鋪厚度的，并不宜大于㎜。
給料機在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中應(yīng)經(jīng)常觀察給料機負載情況，如負荷過重給料機振幅明顯減小時應(yīng)減少給料量，并應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查激振器軸承溫升情況，軸承溫度不允許大于75℃，給料機停機應(yīng)符合工藝系統(tǒng)順序，除特殊事故外，禁止帶料停車或停車后繼續(xù)給料。黎明礦山日產(chǎn)三萬噸石子生產(chǎn)線全新面世。
