經(jīng)常聽到礦山機(jī)械行業(yè)的客戶提到產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問題，比如客戶買回去的碎石機(jī)剛開始生產(chǎn)沒多久就出現(xiàn)這樣和那樣的問題，要么就是設(shè)備的質(zhì)量不過關(guān)，要么就是設(shè)備的設(shè)備不合理，如今的碎石機(jī)行業(yè)在生產(chǎn)的過程中存在著不少的問題，最主要的就是質(zhì)量問題，這些都是生產(chǎn)商的問題。具有破碎比大、好的節(jié)能、維修方便等特點(diǎn)。
而錘式碎石機(jī)錘頭多達(dá)100多只，更換一套錘頭花費(fèi)大量時(shí)間和人力，檢修和維護(hù)費(fèi)用較高。底部篩板更換也及其麻煩。
