。中心傳動(dòng)減速采用我公司在國(guó)外公司成套設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，自行開(kāi)發(fā)的專(zhuān)用減速器。邊緣傳動(dòng)減速器采用我公司研制的平行軸減速器和多點(diǎn)嚙合專(zhuān)用減速器。主機(jī)通過(guò)電機(jī)三角皮帶帶動(dòng)主軸，從而使轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)，大塊物料從進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入破碎腔之后，并被高速運(yùn)動(dòng)的錘子擊碎。
破碎合格的物料則由下部有縫隙的蓖條排出，不合格的則在破碎腔內(nèi)，被轉(zhuǎn)子和板錘反復(fù)破碎,直至能夠合格排出。在生產(chǎn)流程中可以把塊狀顆粒狀物料從貯料倉(cāng)中均勻定時(shí)連續(xù)地給到受料裝置中去，從而防止受料裝置因進(jìn)料不均而產(chǎn)生死機(jī)的現(xiàn)象，延長(zhǎng)了設(shè)備使用壽命。振動(dòng)給料機(jī)工作原理系列振動(dòng)給料機(jī)是由給料槽體激振器彈簧支座傳動(dòng)裝置等組成。年由齊興華首次引入。
