反擊式碎石機(jī)工作原理在電動機(jī)的帶動下，轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料進(jìn)入板錘作用區(qū)時，與轉(zhuǎn)子上的板錘撞擊破碎，后又被拋向反擊裝置上再次破碎，然后又從反擊襯板上彈回到板錘作用區(qū)重新破碎，此過程重復(fù)進(jìn)行，物料由大。在使用中，反擊式碎石機(jī)會出現(xiàn)成品物料出料粒度不均的現(xiàn)象，降低了成品質(zhì)量，對生產(chǎn)造成一定的影響，因此要及時對造成粒度不均的原因進(jìn)行排查處理，保證生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行。
