就兩段破碎流程而言，大多數(shù)選礦廠通常采用兩段一閉路流程，即第二段碎石機與篩分機械構(gòu)成閉路生產(chǎn)。電動機經(jīng)三角皮帶帶動偏心軸，使動顎上下運動而壓碎物料，達到一定粒度后進入回轉(zhuǎn)腔。根據(jù)不同的工藝要求，各種型號的設(shè)備進行組合，知足客戶的不同工藝要求。在安裝碗形軸承架時，發(fā)現(xiàn)碗形軸承架底部與大圓錐齒輪頂部(圖1中A面)發(fā)生干涉，用手盤動傳動軸聯(lián)軸器，能聽見碗形軸承架底面與大圓錐齒輪頂部有摩擦聲。
