兩種設(shè)計(jì)思路的ERP軟件最終應(yīng)是殊途同歸，而不是互相替代關(guān)系，筆者認(rèn)為：從企業(yè)的長期發(fā)展來看，一個(gè)復(fù)雜的機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的信息化，如果沒有先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃控制技術(shù)，沒有MPS、MRP、SFC、CRP、JIT、APS，沒有良好的供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)與優(yōu)化，要想縮短生產(chǎn)制造周期和采購提前期，降低庫存資金占用，準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨，快速響應(yīng)客戶需求是做不到的。僅僅將現(xiàn)有的手工管理方法信息化，它只能提高管理效率，不能從根本上提高企業(yè)的管理水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
顎式碎石機(jī)的保險(xiǎn)裝置，就是當(dāng)顎腔內(nèi)進(jìn)入不能破碎物塊(如電耙齒、釬頭等金屬塊)時(shí)，使碎石機(jī)停止工作，從而保護(hù)了動(dòng)顎、機(jī)架、偏心軸等大型貴重部件免受損壞。一般顎式碎石機(jī)的安全裝置，是將推力板分成兩段，中間用螺栓連接，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)故意減弱螺栓的強(qiáng)度；也有在推力板上開孔或采用鑄鐵制造，推力板的最小斷面尺寸是根據(jù)碎石機(jī)在超負(fù)荷時(shí)，能自行斷裂而設(shè)計(jì)的。
