工藝特點產(chǎn)品粒型呈立方體狀，質(zhì)量優(yōu)異，針片狀產(chǎn)品含量低，抗壓能力強(qiáng)適用于高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的需要，如水利橋梁高級公路以及高層建筑行業(yè)。比如，圓錐碎石機(jī)，特別是液壓圓錐碎石機(jī)破碎力大，重量輕，外型尺寸小，價格便宜，生產(chǎn)處理量大，破碎比大，容易實現(xiàn)過鐵保護(hù)盒排礦口自動調(diào)節(jié)。但仍應(yīng)注意其液壓系統(tǒng)和動錐支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的制造比較復(fù)雜、維護(hù)困難的因素。重要金屬礦產(chǎn)資源查明程度平均為35%，鐵、鋁等大宗礦產(chǎn)查明率為40%左右。
