鉆孔完成之后，為了保證成樁的質(zhì)量，需要對鉆孔的完整性進(jìn)行檢查，當(dāng)鉆孔的連續(xù)性、完整性符合要求后，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行清孔，清孔是鉆孔灌注樁保證成樁質(zhì)量的重要一環(huán)，通過清孔確保樁孔的各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)、孔底沉渣厚度、方泥漿指標(biāo)和孔壁泥垢等符合樁孔質(zhì)量要求。清孔時(shí)，將鉆斗留在原處機(jī)械旋轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)圈，將孔底沉淀物盡量裝入旋挖斗內(nèi)，提鉆甩渣，清孔必須基本，避免隔時(shí)過長以致泥漿沉淀，引起鉆孔坍塌。
