本機整個氣流系統(tǒng)是密閉循環(huán)的，并且是在正負壓狀態(tài)下循環(huán)流動的。所以國內礦山機械行業(yè)借助此模式應對競爭全球化，不失為一項明智之舉。用漿砌石在坡面作成網格狀，網格尺寸一般2.0m見方，或將每格上部作成圓拱形，上下兩層網格呈“品”字形錯開。機架是上下開口的四壁剛性框架，用作支撐偏心軸并承受破碎物料的反作用力，要求有足夠的強度和剛度，一般用鑄鋼整體鑄造，小型機也可用更好鑄鐵代替鑄鋼。
大型機的機架需分段鑄成，再用螺栓牢固鏈接成整體，鑄造工藝復雜。
