五、振動(dòng)異常：更換或裝配板錘時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)子未很好地平衡，應(yīng)重新安裝板錘，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行平衡校正，以降低反擊式碎石機(jī)在工作中的振動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。分料器固定在渦動(dòng)破碎腔的上部圓柱段。葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生氣流，在渦動(dòng)破碎腔內(nèi)通過分料器葉輪形成內(nèi)部自循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。這預(yù)示著未來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)，國(guó)家投資政策的變化將會(huì)制約著中國(guó)碎石機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
