雙齒輥碎石機工作原理雙齒輥分級碎石機的破碎原理是物料通過上溜槽自上而下入料進入破碎腔內(nèi),帶有破碎頭的兩齒輥相向旋轉(zhuǎn),將小于產(chǎn)品粒度的物料經(jīng)梳齒板直接篩去,對大塊物料在兩相向旋轉(zhuǎn)破碎頭的剪切擠壓作用下破碎,得到出料粒度在一定范圍內(nèi)的原煤。輥部件工作原理示意圖如圖所示。
